DO YOU LIKE MUSIC? we need musicians
and singers..............If you can play an instrument, guitar, bass, horn, etc... The worship team
of Cornerstone needs your help. Cornerstone is looking for a dedicated musicians and singers, someone who loves to play
and/or sing for the Lord. We look for those who exalt the name of Jesus and not that of any man. If you have a talent
and are interested, contact Jody Slimp at 817-489-2350. Be blessed by becoming a blessing…
YOUTH: At this time the
need for a Youth Pastor at Cornerstone is still there. This position still remains open. We are praying
and believing God for the youth minister. This person or couple will need to be able to communicate with the youth of
today, able to identify with them, and teach them about the Lord Jesus Christ. They will need to be able to identify
the problems and be able to help with these problems that our youth of today encounter. This person will need to love
the Lord thy God with all their heart, mind, soul and strength. This position will be a volunteer position at this time
with no barriers on what God can do. The harvest of youth is great around this church and it is time that Cornerstone
accepts their responsibility.

WORKERS / VOLUNTEERS; Have you ever attended a church where you felt
there was no room for you? No place for you to volunteer, work within the church? Here
at Cornerstone everyone has a place, a place where your talents can be used to the Glory of God. As we
continue to grow, there are many different areas to be filled. Maybe you like children, maybe you want
to be an usher, people greeter, and there may be other areas, other ministries within the church that I haven’t even
thought about. Here at Cornerstone I believe we all need to have the heart of a servant. After
all Jesus had the heart of a servant, one of the ways He showed us was when He washed the feet of His disciples.
When we learn to humble ourselves and become servants first, therefore crucifying the flesh, becoming servants to our
fellow man, this will glorify God. Come on out and find your place here at Cornerstone. Let
us know what it is you want to do and in what area you want to serve…..
